Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
