Desktop Support Engineer

Description:

Provide technical support for desktop and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware problems, including MS Office and OS issues.
Assist users with installing applications and maintaining system performance.
Document support cases and follow up with users to ensure issue resolution.
Ensure a stable and efficient working environment through proactive troubleshooting.
